Returns & Exchanges

At Alison Moore Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items with all original tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
